Mini Bio
Jessica was born on November 16, 1981, in Clarksville, Tennessee. She grew up there with three older brothers and graduated with honors from Northwest High School.
She attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in English in December 2005.
She is currently employed by the Tennessee division of NICUSA, who runs tennessee.gov.
